Electron Not-Porn!

Written directly in MSN. I hate MSN.

The oxygen was rotund, his sixteen electrons spinning wildly. The lone electron was looking for its match, because he was so forlorn, so lonely.

'But, that which completes me! Please, make yourself known, how empty I am without you!'

And suddenly, in the midst of such a wide and negative space, appeared his light. It was much heavier than him, where he was so silvery quick and intense. In fact, it glowed softly, and, as if transfixed, edged so quickly towards the lone electron he was scared they'd collide and fade into nothingness, transformed into light. But then, it carefully slowed as it edged closer, so huge and gigantic and full the lone electron knew he would never be alone again. The field almost ripped him from his five other brothers, and he screamed, but then he was closer to his light, so big and round and gigantic. It was painful, but the pain was edged with the pleasure of knowing he'd found his match, and would never be alone again.

And so this is the story of how an oxygen ion found a hydrogen ion, and water formed. Of course, that occured twice: the lone electron just wasn't aware that he had a brother that was in the same plight as he, knowing the same suffering.
