Jeff hadn't seen Nana since
she left the hotel to investigate, and he was really terribly grateful about it. So grateful, in fact, that his face managed an Olympic diver's plunge downwards when he arrived at his room after his shift to find Nana sleeping against the door.
"Sit!" Nothing. "Walk!" Nothing. "Do anything that isn't sleeping!" Absolutely nothing.
He sighed, sagged against the wall, and settled in for a long and uncomfortable night.
