The room is quiet, not even the smallest sound is made. The darkness seems almost overwhelming in the small space, but to Naoto it's the closest that she could call a haven. For in this pitch dark, she can allow the mask to fall if only for a brief moment.  Leaning against the wall, the dark haired woman closes her eyes for a moment and inhales

Tip-toe, into the room, Nill's footsteps are careful and light. She's slipped away from the apartment next door to check on Naoto, wanting nothing more to make sure that the older girl is alright. This is the second time she's visited today (though Naoto had been asleep during the first), so it's surprising to see that the room is still dark, nearly pitch black. Scanning the room, Nill spots Naoto leaning against the wall, knees tucked to her chest, clearly awake.

Miss Naoto...

After a moment of hesitation, Nill takes a seat beside her, mirroring the position that she's in.

Naoto instantly notices when Nill steps in the room. She deduces instantly that it's the younger girl for she would be the only who would willingly visit her, not to mention that the steps are far too quiet to be anyone else's.

The bed dips, but the dark haired woman doesn't move, not until she's sure that she would be able to afford a small smile for the girl sitting next to her.

"Nill, what are you doing here?" The smile on her lips is small, but enough to be reassuring or she likes to think.

"Won't Haine be worried about you?"

Naoto's question brings on a silent laugh, and Nill shakes her head, no, Haine won't worry, we're only a door away! She inches a bit closer to Naoto, and though it's dark, Nill can still make out the traces of Naoto's smile, and shyly returns it with one of her own. More than anything, she's glad to see that her friend is on the road to getting better; Nill only wants to help.

Gaze shifting to Naoto's bandages, Nill's expression shifts into a curious one, do they need to be changed? Is there anything else that you need? As soon as Naoto says the word, Nill will try her best to do what's asked of her, it's the least she can do, after all.

It's strange how the blond girl can express so much with only her expressions. For a moment Naoto wishes that Nill could have talked.

"He's only a door away, but he will worry."

Haine would worry and so would probably Badou. They were Nill's friends, not hers. She was just an outsider...nothing more and nothing less. The only reason that they addressed her was because they were from the same world. The smile on her lips becomes smaller.

"I'm fine. You don't need to worry about this." She motions to the bandages. There's really no need to trouble the girl any further, not to mention that she has always relied on her own, her own strength, her own abilities...

Averting her gaze to the front of her, she lets out a soft sigh. Silence settles between them, Naoto to deep in thought.
