Anyone looking for a worker?  I'm running sort of low on money, and I guess I'm looking for a real short term job...maybe a week or two? Anyone know where to find one?

Well, you could work at the Pokemon Center or the mart for a week. I know those places are always offering. They're sticklers about not letting you quit before the contract's up, though.

Do you think they'd let me do a contract that only lasts a week or two? I don't wanna be stuck here too long...

[Smirks a little.]

Did you give the pokemon center yet another reason to put up wanted signs with your face on it, Heather?

You can generally work for as long as you want, I think, just as long as you don't leave before a week is up. If you do, they send the fuckin' cops after you.

[Yeah, Heather wasn't a huge fan of how the job market worked in this world.]

And nah, not yet. Gonna be staying in the inn instead of there, I think.

Who would agree to work for a just a week and then bail early anyway?

You could work at the pokemon center! Mister James told me about his work at the Pokemart. It sounds really boring.

Yea, whichever pays more, I guess. The ladies at the Pokemon Center seem to be pretty fond of me...it's probably a good idea.

You'll learn a lot about pokemon working at the Pokemon Center too.

Hm...yea, I think I'm leaning toward that, considering everything. Work with merch all day, or little monsters that like to beat each other up? It's an easy choice, really.
