I'm in a much better mood now it's spring again - it did snow again at the weekend but hopefully that's the last for a few months, heh. I was pretty cranky over winter, and did finally give in and agree to see a doctor. Shortly after, I was referred to a psychiatrist again, surprise surprise, diagnosed with bipolar again and put on five more

Sorry to hear about the meds and bad winter stuff. There is some evidence that food may affect your mood, and there is some information on the mental health foundation website http://www.mentalhealth.org.uk/ have a look and see what you think.

Good luck with the house move. Labelling boxes is a good thing, and you can never have too many boxes or parcel tape.
