I love how Mac actually becomes calmer and even more focused when he's under pressure. It's the kind of compartmentalization you see in people with his supposed background.

The only thing that could possibly make this episode better is some Mac/Adam Baldwin screen time. Possibly a Mac/Stella/Adam Baldwin's character threesome.
