At the end, did you see what Vance shredded? I happened to look down right at that moment, and missed it.

No! They didn't give us a clear shot of the paper he shredded. And I was set to like him as a possible replacement for Jenny until THAT DAMN LAST SCENE. In which he proved he was EVIL.

My guess is that it was some sort of performance review or something similar.

Didn't get a clear enough shot to see what it is, though.

Vance was evil only to Tony and Ziva--he gave McGee a kind of dream posting...and at least Ducky and Abby will be working with Gibbs until the inevitable reunion!

I busted out laughing at Tony's posting--my brother is CMO on the Ronald Reagan for the next 90 days!

And poor Tony sunburns awfully easily, doesn't he?
