Five Things for a Chilly Thursday Evening

1) I purchased a desk chair at Goodwill today for less than half the price these things usually cost at places like Office Depot. It's gorgeous and comfortable, but I'm having a little bit of buyer's remorse because I probably shouldn't have gotten a chair with arms. Thinking about what to do about that

I have enjoyed a morning smoothie for, I dunno, decades. I don't know what I would do without it. :-) If you buy a blender, let me know and I'll give you my recipe. (which of course you would then have to twiddle with and make it your own--Mark already has.)

Why no arms? Armless desk chairs are weird ….

The way my desk is situated, the chair sticks out in a way that, while it doesn't impede traffic flow in the apartment, it does protrude a bit. The arms also don't allow me to sit quite as close to the desk as I sometimes prefer. It may just take some getting used to. It is a comfy chair, and probably far better for my back than the kitchen chair I've been using for far too long.

If you want a blender you can have one of mine! When M and I consolidated households we have some duplicates of things... a blender is something we have two of.
