It is indeed a fucking plague. There is something horribly wrong with our world, that it is facilitating so much breakage in our cellular processes. Every time I get bloodwork or an MRI or a mammogram, I think, "Dodged the bullet again this time." But I feel like I'm sitting in the pit under the pendulum.
