Reading the Birmingham article -- I think that perhaps the Birmingham council is doing it as an anti-royal statement, since it's no longer Queen's this or King's that.

I might have a copy of Elements I can give you. I can swear I had a free download somewhere...but whether or not I can find it...dunno.

Oh, I own Elements. What I'm learning is that there's enough difference that practicing with the whole tool is important, especially if I want to be able to use it for whatever job I may get. I'm competing with people who have more experience with the tools and samples to show for it, so I have to work up a real facility with it. Thanks for the offer, though.
