Spent a really good Friday night with wanton_heat_jet. The weather was so lovely, we spent part of evening just playing in his enormous yard with his dog Daisy, a sweet, smart, smaller-than-average standard poodle. Thanks for the thought. Turns out that what I may need is not multi-pin plugs but a SCSI-to-USB or -firewire connection. I don't know if such a thing actually exists. I need to keep digging through boxes to see what I have.

Like I said - drive enclosure. Probably your best bet. Of course, if these are external drives to begin with, maybe not.

Have you tried talking to RE/PC? They're likely to be more help than the dicks at the Mac Store...might even have something lying around.
