I am grossly behind on my flist reading. I don't know what's going on with any of you (except, oddly, the status of my friends' beards; is it something in the water?). In the interests of full disclosure, I shaved my beard back down into a Van Dyke just yesterday... Now I match my South Park icon again.

o pointy beard, o pointy, pointy...

No, not pointy. It's just one of my minor annoyances when it's referred to as a "moustache and goatee" because a goatee is more a chin beard that's not connected to the moustache, whereas a van dyke is connected.

But no pointy-ness for me. My head's already pointy enough.

I knew there was a reason you weren't going to be at Potlatch, but I couldn't remember what it was. Have a great productive time.

Thank you. This was the year I was bound and determined to go to Potlatch; on the other hand, this may be the last time this workshop will be given. That was my choice. I'll miss being at the con, but I think the workshop, this year, is the requirement.

Details on my post today. Short version: Indian Sunday night, or sushi happy hour on Monday, to meet D. I would love if you could make either, especially if I can get the varina_8, ironymaiden, scarlettina set all on the same night. ^_^

I'd love to, but Sunday night I'll be returning from the Oregon coast, and I guarantee all I'll want is to sit at home with the cats and unwind after what will be, no doubt, a pretty intense weekend. Monday is up for grabs. It depends wholly on what shape I'll be in and right now I just can't say. I'd love to do it, but I can't commit to it with a certainty.
