Ouch, I just got caught up on the foot news. I hope you'll heal fast -- I'm sure you've heard: rest, ice, compression, elevation by now, and of course the trusty advil.

I've been doing RICE for the last 24 hours and, though necessary and doctor-ordered, it's maddening. The Advil is only helping so much, but I'm going to continue to dose in the hopes that my body will figure out that it's supposed to pay attention to the pain meds. Fingers crossed!
