Happy light season (or RTBTTKI*)

Water's in the kettle for tea, cats have been fed and watered (though if you asked them, not nearly enough), and I'm dressed. Thus starteth the day. Are you free to work from home as much as you want?

I can telecommute pretty much whenever I want to, yes. It's one of the good things about working in technology. I've got a cube at the office, and generally speaking I prefer to work in the office to working at home; I tend to be more focused at the office. But things have been so high stress lately that working at home allows me to start earlier and work longer without the intervention of a commute or the stress of being surrounded by other stressed- out people. And if things get really bad, I can grab a cat for a cuddle.

You're fortunate, and that makes sense. I'm very office-averse because in my experience it feels like prison, but if I had a job where I really was free to be there or not so long as I was getting my stuff done, I suspect I'd want to be there more.

Right now though I'm just glad I have a gig, and that it's a work remotely gig. :)

I wish you good luck in getting through your crazy period with your sanity intact, and that work eases up some soon.
