I've been thinking about the following for a while. Independence Day seemed like the day to finally talk about it.

Either write them on paper or phone their offices. While most reps have electronic means of contact, most of those, I'm told, are glossed over, at best. I may be fortunate that my Senators and Congressman have good staffs, but the times I've called them, they've been professional, and mostly aware of issues so that I didn't have to do Issue 101 with them.

Either way, so far, classic means of contact are still the best.
