So I never wrote about my time at Rainforest Writers Village. One reason I didn't write about it was because I came home terribly sick. I was sick the whole four days that I was there. I got most of a first draft of a story written, a story I'm excited about, but I did it in the haze of a sore throat and nasal congestion, DayQuil and Nyquil,

This seems to be the common version of this winter's yuck, a sort of hurricane pattern with an eye of not-quite-better in the middle.
