State of me: There's been a lot going on emotionally lately, things I have a hard time talking about. It's left me feeling tied up, strapped down. There are a lot of things I can't say to anyone ever. I've thought about finding a therapist, but I've spent so much of my life sitting in therapist's offices that the thought just exhausts me. And so

When you're exhausted, writing is damn near impossible. Please, don't beat yourself up over this! I speak from experience, y'know.

You might want to try the "just write one" method. That is, start by telling yourself you'll write one sentence and only one. Stick to that. One sentence -- go do something you enjoy. In a couple of weeks, make that one paragraph. Same thing -- only one, and reward yourself. Eventually, one page . . .

If it's any consolation,  between travel and stress,  I regained a bunch of weight since mid 2013 too  (though not nearly all of it) and last a lot of fitness,  and I'm trying to commit to stopping with the self abusive behaviors and taking better care of myself too.

Moral support. :)
