I'm backing this project on Kickstarter--a documentary about the legacy of the 1965 World's Fair--and I think you should, too. Why? Have you seen the book about Seattle's World Fair? It's really good.

D'oh! Different world's fairs. Um, sorry. But the book about the Seattle World's fair is still pretty good.

'Sokay. My brother's the '65 World's Fair expert, but I was born in '62, so I have a special attachment to the Seattle fair. I was delighted with Seattle Met's coverage, and I really to want the book.

I have hazy memories of the World's Fair in Spokane in 1974.

Riverfront Park is still a lovely place to visit, should anyone have occasion to be in Spokane.
