It's just so sad. Which is how it should be but - oh Karen.
I love the subtle differences between the two - the coloring, the speed skating. It's how I see them, two people who are compatible enough but aside from Jim's whole "I'm not over Pam even though she broke my heart" issue/history are just too off - even if it's slight - to really work.
Oh, god, but this is fantastic and heartbreaking. How she doesn't even know, and how she's just starting to get the subtle hints of something being wrong, of Jim being DIFFERENT back in Scranton, and oh, poor kid. You make her so normal and real and --
He sighs, but gives her a brief smile. "I won't. And anyway," he squeezes her hand back, "I'm not worried about you at all."
