I've been thinking about what the UK would be like in the Fallout series. Somehow, I'm imagining Heartbeat crossed with Nineteen Eighty-Four, with a few Gerry Anderson references thrown in. Holy crap, that sounds amazing. I think I'd play it for the mod/rocker battles alone! I'd love to see how the mods keep it cool in the UK Wasteland.

I guess they'd have to be a clan of itinerant stylists, surviving by making dangerously sharp clothes and giving impeccable haircuts. Clean living under difficult circumstances! (Maybe the rockers could be itinerant mechanics.)

Whenever a mod killed a rocker, they'd add another headlamp or mirror to their scooter. Everyone would be terrified of this mighty warrior:
