So, I've completed my first playthrough of Fallout New Vegas.

Cut for minor spoilers. )

Oh Benny...I whacked an entire encampment of Legionaires, and the cad still ran off on me.

I meant to do a focused run-through the first time and do it properly after the game's been properly patched, but have gotten mired in side-quests. The followers are so much more engaging in this game (sorry, Charon)...I may be forced to take over Vegas myself just to avoid killing off the Brotherhood and making Veronica even more sad.

What happens with House in charge, does he actually get humanity into space, or does he replace all humanity with nice calm jars of urine?

Benny is such a dick. I'm intrigued as to what happens if you choose to rule Vegas by his side, though. (I'm betting that he still tries to betray you. He seems like that kinda guy.)

Raul > Charon. Raul is so badass, his moustache survived ghoulification.

Poor Veronica. I don't think there's really a happy outcome for her. Even if I hadn't destroyed the bunker, the BoS Mojave chapter seemed doomed to extinction anyway. (Which made me feel a bit less guilty about killing them all, actually. It also helped that they were a bunch of fanatical, technology-hogging assholes.)

Seems Benny runs away no matter what, sadly. I wanted to keep the sleezoid around. Possibly chained to something.

I've just started playing with Raul as a follower, after sorting Boone out. He's kind of awesome, with his snarky asides. The BoS are hard to deal with, really. I think the wasteland's better off with them hiding underground, but I don't want to kill them all either. Couldn't we just keep them as a life-sized ant farm, or something?

There are so many random characters I love in this game...like the King, or the Jacobstown super mutants. "I hope that it will snow today! *grimace argh*" Ah well...off to take on the quarry deathclaws.

I am ashamed by how endearing I found Benny. He was such a glib creep, his voice acting skirted a weird line between 'terrible' and 'perfect for the character'.

Well hey, that's what the Enclave used the Vaults for. You might be on to something.

The video is not available in my county so I looked if I could maybe find another upload for it ... only to find out that there are tons of crazy Fallout 3 dance vids on YouTube. I'm amazed. Is this some kind of special feature in the game I haven't discovered yet or why is this so popular?

Someone created a dance mod called Umpa Animation because... actually, I don't know why they made it, although I'm glad they did.

I don't know why it's so popular, but I find it less mystifying than nude mods.

Ah well, that explains it. I think it's fanastic and definitely better than a nude mod. :D
