I'd like to thank okypete_harpy and runriggers for beta reading and pointing out my wacky grammar, and unimagine for spotting the really sneaky typos. I'm never really sure how important the technical details are, in truth. I think that most people are going to be looking at the plotting and characterization first, and the technical details are just gravy. I just like reading non-fiction, so I'm pretty shameless about throwing little nerdy bits into the story, because I am nothing if not self-indulgent.

Well, I've been picking up little nuclear tidbits since... May 09, I think. So I ended up with reams of notes about ATOMIC DOOM.

'Thorough' sounds like a nicer adjective than 'anal' or 'crazy'. :D

Haha, you are though, you researched it so well. I could tell when I was reading it, and knew you had gotten a book on nuclear bombs, but I didn't know you'd read/browsed that many. It really makes a difference.

Impressed reader is impressed. I love that you put so much research into your writing. It's been an enjoyable 14 chapters (and epilogue. and prologue).

You have an uncanny gift for finding typos, seriously. Teach me, Obi Wan. (I spend so much time fussing over sentence structure that my eyes tend to glaze over when I finally get around to proofreading.)
