Banners and RIA voting will be up soon. First I want to get some feedback, lately participation has been down and I'm not sure if it was just a summer thing or people have lost interest. So PLEASE if you read this RESPOND! Just answer the following question in the comments:

I always try to enter. I think a lot of people were away for the summer and maybe right now are getting back into school. I hope people start entering.
