the microgems i bought are too small to be at 5/16" (tight), so i'm getting longer 3/8" ones.
my 3/8" regular steel ball ones (like the ones you are wearing) are so fucking long though, i think i'm going to snip the plastic down like a 32nd of an inch so it's in between 5/16" and 3/8"...
