An overdue update

Things have been progressing well with my weight loss. As of last Monday's weigh in, I am down over 90 pounds. And last Friday I had to go shopping for new pants. I'm down five sizes from where I started. That's 10 inches of waistband. Back at Memorial Day, I bought a new belt at Balticon, and had them put extra belt holes in it. Since then, I've
