Excellent news. Way to go Ontario! Encouraging distributed power generation is very smart and will hopefully succeed in creating an efficient network of clean power from microgeneration. California recently unveiled a similar push for distributed generation with their Million Solar Roofs plan so you may have yourself a bit of a contest for "the most PV’d area in the land."

...you don't have to join the party ..you are the party! and if you do want a gree job in canada.. just email me. as for whether Ontario will leapfrog California, we will have to see... but some of the experts say that this will be the case, especially because the focus here is renewable energy, noy necisarily solar PV, so when you bundle in the microhydro and geothermal heating and the rest.... we'll have to see. me, i'm hoping for a photofinish where we can't really tell who has more cause there's just too many to count!
