Fun things to make with Etrogim

Being that the SCA are creative folk, I was wondering if anyone had a good idea how to turn etrogs (citrons) into something useful after Sukkot. I have heard tell of making liquor out of them...how might one do so, preferable on a shoestring budget? Any other fun ideas will be greatly appreciatted.

One of the traditional uses for an Etrog is to dry it and use it as bisomim. I believe one pushes in some cloves before setting it aside to dry.
