I did. Although, I think it'd be better to share everything at once since I'm pretty sure there was more than one field trip going on. Plus I'm pretty sure everyone on my field trip could use a very strong drink, but maybe that goes without saying.

I can only imagine what happened in the two weeks we were apparently gone. I just...hope it's not as bad as I think it might have been.

Something filled with Darkness that was very old attacked a number of people. Nothing we did had any effect and it seriously injured a number of people.

It was...terrible...and there was nothing any of us could do.

[Head in hands, trying to think. He'd actually put a good deal of stock in Terra's fighting prowess. To hear that something handily kicked his ass, and likely did that damage to Jenn and traumatized Vin...the gravity of the situation is really starting to sink in.]

So we're dealing with...what? A god? An Eldritch abomination? A demon? What?

[Quietly, as if he's only just thought through the question] Why didn't it kill you? If it had you that badly beaten, why are you all still here?
