You may be interested to know that there is a film now out on DVD about David Burliuk. Its called "David Burliuk and the Japanese Avant-garde". The film charts David Burliuk's two year stay in Japan after leaving Russia and before emigrating to America. In Japan David Burliuk copperated with the Japanese futurists in exhibitions and theatre.
