Will the third time be the charm?

I'm working on my third novel, after having bites but no takers with my first two.  I still have hopes for them, especially the second one, which is still making the rounds.

But I think this might be the one that does it.  Personally, I think it is a really great concept - unique but still something other urban fantasy readers would be in to.

Hello Stephanie, C'est moi Cari. You're going to do it and it's going to be great! Every book is a mountain, but you've climbed them before and you'll reach the top this time too! That panic is a part of you that's trying to protect you from being disappointed, it doesn't realize yet that it can retire and throw you a party every time you sit down to write!

Don't look up the mountain...keep looking at the view behind you to see how far you've come. One day you'll wake up and find yourself planting your flag on the summit!
