Rejection and Addiction (to a good book, that is)

Rejection from Stefanie von Borstel after reading the partial.  She said she liked the concept, but felt it needed to be geared more toward teenagers.

Hey -- I'm looking for a YA crit group, too, and having no luck. Should we form one? I'm in the same spot -- some fulls out, but ultimately no bites. It's so frustrating, because the only reader I have is my husband, and he's never ever been a teen girl, and he doesn't read a lot. ;-)

That's just one person's take on it, maybe another will feel it's perfectly geared toward teens. So don't give up! There's obviously something to the story if you've stuck with it.
