Man, it's been a while since I've updated this. Ah well.

I made dinner last night (yay for cooking!), and it was quite good. I was following a recipe I got from Cook's Illustrated magazine, which one of my aunts got me a subscription for for Christmas. It's a really neat magazine - with most of the recipes, they'll spend one page talking about
