I just sent this email to my friend Don, and then figured I might as well share the information with my LJ readers. I took a good solid 2 weeks off after AT&T and now I'm trying to get back into the swing of things and figure out what I want to do this summer

The Trail 101 meets every Saturday at 8 AM, and our assigned workouts are "try to get out on the trail for 20-40 min once or twice this week." For Iron Chicks prep I've signed up for running on Monday, biking on Tuesday, and then it comes with a core class on Thursday that I'm not sure I'll take full advantage of. The Trail 101 class is 6 weeks long and the Iron Chicks is 5 weeks long, so they'll both end at about the same time. After that I'll have to decide which one to continue doing.
