Also, is there a difference between a "friends only" journal and a journal where you mark every post as "friends"? Because the majority of my posts are set as "friends", is there a difference?

and no, it's no different than just marking all your posts 'friends only', but I get emails from outside friends of mine who bitch that they can't ready my journal, so I added this blurb on the front so they can request. Everyone that's posted in here is already a friend though. Hah!
