Title: Blind Author: saying_sooth Rating: PG-13 Warnings: Not happy. Word Count: 2,000 Prompt: 21. Gokudera - insanity; "a hundred million suns and stars" A/N: Sorry for the lateness!
I’m. There’s a tight lump in my throat right now, and although it’s not crying, it’s really close. It’s.. breathtaking. And brilliant. And heart-wrenching, and ,as beautiful as it is, I won’t be able to reread it. It’s actually a compliment, this piece is moving so much. Uh. ..Ok, now I’m crying, but it’s actually easier this way. The mere concept of losing eyesight is very touchy and really disturbing, and imagining is like beating agains thick ice that you know you won’t be able to break anyway, it’s so… uh, can’t explain right now, but it moves some strings inside. And the fact that he and Yamamoto couldn’t communicate at all now, makes me want to.. idk, just moan helplessly. And you have mentioned all little details[that are usually dropped] , about re-learning to do everything, it was so casual yet really, really moving. This is an outstanding piece of writing art. Thank you.
T__T I don't have enough time to give this the response it deserves, but I'm really glad you described your reaction. I'm actually going on more-official hiatus now, so the continuation won't come for a while (unless a miracle happens and I finish all my work without going mad from sleep deficit). But I do want to write Yamamoto's version of this, so it'll come sometime!
>__> I sorta left out an important thing (the prompt) when I posted this to khrfest, so now nobody besides my f-list is reading it. XD
Aww, thank you. Gokudera and Bianchi are dears, and their relationship is never dull.
Yup, there will definitely be a continuation, this time from Yama's point of view. It will be for my other khrfest prompt, and it will be horrendously late, but it'll get done.
Ouchie.>_< 8059 hugging each other tightly with Yamamoto crying and Gokudera frustrated paints a very painful picture. And they'd never be able to communicate each other again without someone else helping or some tools, yeah.>_< Um. Have you posted the continuation? Link please?
