Back in the day, there was a good cheap 711, a Wendy's (if you had a fresh allowance re-load), and a UCPB (where I went to complain becuase I always over paid my tuition through the ATM because the damn machine on campus never issued receipts) where Torre stands. Those were good times as well.
Also there used to be a small notary public, the size of a Portalet, where the BPI is now. I always had a feeling you could go there for anything-- affidavit of loss, notarization, legal advice, and possibly to just shoot the shit. I miss Attorney.
Glad the place was all good memories for you. Don't forget that living in Torre meant you were REALLY close to Harrison Plaza-- the ultimate shopping paradise!

The UCPB is not at Torre beside Starbucks.
I also think the Notary Republics along Taft are the shiz. You can go there for anything!
My mom had always warned me about Harrison. Don't go there alone daw baka akalain daw pokkers ako. Hehe...
Of course, the Number Two-ers are always welcome. =)
