Overcast if it's warmer than about 60 degrees F. It can be sunny if it's cooler than that, though. :) And NO FUCKING HUMIDITY. (No matter what else I might find to like about NJ, the humidity and the mosquitos are going to drive me away in the end. I don't know how anyone can live here voluntarily with those two things.)
The east coast may be in my future (Boston or NYC) and I have a feeling I'll just wilt and die.
I can barely take the heat in Berkeley for crying out loud. 75° is about the maximum temperature for me unless it's like, high-desert, high altitude, 0% humidity, and I have shade.
