Basically, since you have 1 B Cert and 1 C Cert, you can cert up to 3 cards (B can cert 2 cards, C certs 1 card). :D

I may or may not offer for it again later if you still have it, but it's currently 3rd tier far future, which are not generally accepted when offered on my own post atm since they're low priority second collection. Might be good to move it to "pending" in the meantime so you don't get more multiples. ^_~
