You're allowed to redeem 2 certs per week (they don't have to be at the same time). You only redeemed 1 Rank C so you're still clear for the Rank A~

Ok so I can redeem 2 certs and doesn't need to be in the same post. (thought it had to be in the same XD)

Nope. The only time anything is required to be in one comment is when it's time stamp sensitive (like card shop requests). Because the cert exchange runs on a new week mod comment basis, it's just the weekly limit for what's available (redeem 2 certs and 1 upgrade) per week if you choose to use them. So you could have anywhere from 1-3 comments in that weekly period and still be valid. ^_~
