Couldn't sleep at all, so I buckled down and translated this talk from last year between Joshima and Ohno-- in other words, TOKIO's and Arashi's leaders. They talked at length about the leadership (or lack thereof) within their respective groups, and also discussed the leaders of other older groups like V6, SMAP, and Shounentai. It's worth a read
