I just got back from the band trip to the football game at Western Oregon University. It was a really awesome trip. The football team won 54-2, keeping an undefeated record thus far. college is an amazing experience thus far. School hasn't started, but the band is awesome and the music is really cool. My section (the altos) is the coolest of them all and we have a lot of fun. my roommate is really friendly and it all is working out just great.

So the hotel I'm staying in is like a castle. Well, that's because it is. Last night and tonight I'm staying at Ashford Castle, built in 1228 and converted to a hotel in the early 1930s. It's my birthday......b-b-b-b-b-b-biiiiirrthday.

my birthday is in 20 minutes....WOOHOO!!!
Anyway, the hike was a lot of fun. On Saturday when we got back I learned that I start a full time job this upcoming Monday. Very Odd. Anyway, I had the best hiking buddy ever. I don't know what else to say right now.
I'll update again when it's my birthday.

I can't wait for college. Went to summer advising earlier in the week. It was great.
It needs to come quickly to distract me from myself.
