haven't read the NME in so long

Jul 31, 2005 16:17

This is a story about Eddie Argos and Chris Chinchilla of Art Brut.

It wasn't written with a straight face and therefore should not be read with a straight face. Someday I'll write serious things with Art Brut. That is not today.

It was supposed to end with Freddie&Ian&Mikey throwing rocks/bread crumbs at Chris and Eddie, but there was no graceful way to pull that off.

I GOT YOUR MIX CD!

I would go on here about how wonderful it is but within five minutes of posessing it, I lost it. I'll find it, don't worry, I lose everything. However, I did have a look at the tracklisting and DAMN. It looks mighty fine.

And thanks!

Eddie swallowed. He had to be strong. He had to be strong for Chris.

Ha ha, oh you are amusing.
Maybe you could do a series; the breakup of PeteandCarl through the eyes of various indie musos. The angst!

That is a really, really, really good idea. I may do it. I will do it, if I don't get too lazy. How the world changes when Pete'n'Carl fall apart. Oh mannnn.

Everything changed. Obviously.

Hurrah to the series, I say, I'll look foward to reading it.
