I hope you have the time of your life.

Yo. This thing I'm trying to write is giving me an existential crisis so please give me a pairing and a noun so I can write to ficlets and take solace in the fact that I am still able to finish things with some degree of success.

For example, you would say, "Hi Cami! Pete/Patrick, and buckets!" and I would say something along the lines of "Pete ( Read more... )

I apologise, I don't have a good grasp on the two men, but. I hope you like it!

Edward is not sure how he got up to the top of this abandoned lighthouse with Patrick and furthermore, he's not sure when he signed a suicide pact with the man. "We can leave it all," Patrick says, his fingers turning white around the metal rail. "I don't know how to make music that sounds like the world underwater, do you?"

"This is not research," says Ed, yanking Patrick's hands off the rail and putting them on him.

LOL oh god, i haven't seen that icon in ages, and it popping up unexpectedly just sent me into fair GALES of roffles and also mayos. (if that makes sense. IT'S LATE and i am constructing a playlist of piano music which features blink 182, i don't know anymore.)

okay, so, i think...can i just say panic generally as a pairing? all four of them, i'm feeling generous towards them tonight. aaaaand. elephants. and perhaps bubble gum? (this was a badly phrased prompt, lolz. i'll try harder next time, i promise.)

Right, how about... cillian murphy/ PANTS! I'm trying to find someone fantastic to pair him with, but I'm blank! Who'd you pair him with? (The ficlets so far have been highly amusing.) Anyway, it'd have to involve a tractor. Thank you! xx

Pete/Patrick. Cherry blossoms.

They're in Japan, and yeah, cherry blossoms, what a cliche, but it's Japan and the cherry blossoms are beautiful. The trees in the parks are absolutely pregnant with the flowers, and Pete scrambles up into a tree the first moment they get a break from press. "Patrick," he says, glowing, "Patrick!" He's got petals in his hair and he looks girlish and full.

"Come up!"
"Dude, no."

Pete grabs a branch above him and shakes. Patrick tries to step away, but petals fall everywhere around him and he's caught in the storm. He looks up at Pete and gives him the finger. Pete says faintly, "you've got something on your face," as Patrick brushes petals away. He jumps down, landing with a wince. "You've got something on your face."

He tweaks Patrick's nose. Patrick socks him in the hip and pulls him forward. "Your face," he corrects, brushing petals and bark off of Pete's cheeks. He kisses him.

uh, yes. Of course!!! The existential crisis still persists and even if it didn't, I would still be happy to write short happy things for you.

Will you write me Buck telling his children about that time he collaborated with Ryan Adams? ('Who's ryan adams?')

Or...

Jon/Ryan, summer in the city.

summer in the city (buck coming soon!) savvygambols June 3 2007, 21:28:17 UTC
It's hot in Chicago and they stay at home. The air conditioning in Jon's building is broken. It's wet-hot out, muggy and stiff, and not worth moving. Jon and Ryan throw open every window and door and Jon passes out on his couch, groaning. It was only after sipping the last of the milk-and-cereal dredges out of the bowl that either of them realised how oppressively warm it had become. They are still in pyjamas ( ... )
