She thought she saw Maggie do her business, but in reality Mags was marking- as she does to EVERYTHING, even if she has almost no urine left. Living on post is so difficult because you're forced into other people's business by living so close to them, so it makes it really hard when people actively want to be in your business. Especially when they're assholes. I can't believe her audacity. It's one thing to ask you to pick up after your dog, it's another to lecture and yell.
The trash thing drives me nuts too. If everybody would just take care of their crap there would be no need for those stupid housing clean up days. It's not that hard to properly take care of your trash, ya know?
