this is not understandable this is freaking stupid, i mean they are theyre own kids, so now not only can we not touch our kids aka hugging in public, kisses on the cheek, we cant even take pictures of our kids with out the law saying hey you a child stalker, i for one have a son and i have pictures of him in the bath when he was a baby so i guess that because he was being cute in the bath i cant take a picture of him, the world is retarded now adays and i cant wait till world war 3 so this will be all over

its understandable because where does child abuse tend to start? In ones' own home is the easiest place to start. The reason I say that it is understandable is because there are no set guidelines to tell family life from predator life. It really does suck and I don't agree with it either. It was the most horrible thing ever..and what really pisses me off is that whoever called the shot with the "childs head being cut off"...they needed to look at the picture...you can obviously tell when something falls out of range and when something is decapitated!
