I hate to use the word "good" in any context with this, but it's good that he's in jail for this.

He got out on bail and is in Colorado now. But at least that newspaper article will follow him around.

Right?! And everyone I've dealt with about this (the prosecuting attorney, the detective who took my statement & arrested Josh, the advocate who went with me to the police station and to the courthouse) have ALL BEEN WOMEN. OMFG I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW MUCH EASIER THAT HAS MADE SHIT.

the judge was a dude, but that's it.

I would much prefer the exciting travel kind of adventure rather than the tumultuous personal life bizitch, so I'm going to work on that angle for a bit, I think ;)
