Dude, why did you friend me? I don't know you. Not trying to sound mean or anything, but I was just wondering.

And the homosexual subtext of The Social Network can be seen from the Moon.

I can unfriend if you like. Although your profile does read "
I love meeting people, so feel free to friend me. ".. maybe it needs updating? :P

I'm gay and I did not notice any gay context to that movie. Can you set me up with an example or two?

No, no, it's okay. I was just wondering because people don't usually friend me unless we've been talking before or know each other from somewhere else or something. But it's fine. :)

Heh, well, maybe it's just something that crazy fangirls notice? I mean, I'm not really the best person to talk to about it, because I see gay context everywhere (well, not everywhere, but anyway). But really, it's not really an "official thing" or anything, it's just a... a fandom thing. (I honestly can't explain.)

Can I help you out with the German bits of the conversation? *g*

Also weird dream is weird. oo

And how could anybody NOT SEE the gayness of this film? I would be shocked! Outraged.

Haha, it's okay. I think I'll survive. Plus, me and that person probably won't be friends forever, so the talking has to stop eventually, right, right? Although she did subscribe to my YouTube channel. Does this mean I have to speak German forever?! Nuuuu. (this is clearly why I learned it; so I can freak out whenever I have to speak it.)

And how could anybody NOT SEE the gayness of this film?
Hahah, well, read the comments above. There are people who can't see it. THEY WALK AMONG US.

I Googled a bunch of combinations of SOCIAL NETWORK and GAY and MOVIE and CONTEXT and SUBCONTEXT and nothing describing anything you seem to be talking about came up. At all..!

What parts were gay?!

Since lawyerdown already explained the whole thing to you (pretty spectacularly, if I may add), I don't think I have to.
You seem a little bit upset by this, though? Seriously, most of this is just for fun and the sake of fangirling and such.

When I'm watching TSN with new people who haven't seen it before and (unlike 90% of the Internet) are not inclined towards immediately seeing the homosexuality, I make sure to loudly stage-whisper "gaaaaay" during parts to make sure they understood.

Just. For the sake of science.

I hope you realise how awesome you are.

Also, from now on:
When I'm lurking around your journal and/or reading your fic with new people who haven't stalked you before and (unlike 90% of the Internet) are not inclined towards immediately seeing the awesomeness, I make sure to loudly stage-whisper "aaawesooome" during parts to make sure they understood.

For the sake of my love for you science.

YES.

Oh dear, sorry about your language problems on YT ... it's times like these when I feel really, really ashamed of my fellow country folks. :( I honestly don't know what's up with those German kids on YT. I've come across this problem before, and I always go - WTF? Because it's not as if they don't teach English at German schools ... /rant

Oh no, it's okay, it's okay. I did say that I can speak German (I did add "badly", though, but yes), so it was my mistake XD
