The Taylor-Davis Family: Week Three

Jun 07, 2015 14:43

From the round-up of Week One, this is what happened in the Taylor-Davis household last time: The week started off by Delaina dying in a fire caused by a lightning strike and coming back as a zombie before I decided to quit without saving because I cannot handle zombies - so, then everything went back to normal. She then had twins, Olivia and Owen, while Leo grew up. Jesse was just sort of around - sorry, buddy, we'll try to keep you busy this week.

Jesse might not have much to do at the moment, but he's enjoying being a father for sure, and Olivia seems to be happy to have her father around as well!

The Taylor-Davis family has been doing so well in terms of hobbies and such, so the local fortune-teller decided to drop off a little gift for the family. Yay, money! I mean, three possible wishes that can be used anyway we want...

Things have been going well for Leo, as well as...

...Delaina! She's going to be the official mayor in no time!

Stop scarring your baby's eyes! Just put her in the crib and wait until you're alone to do all that!

Jesse was the first to ask the genie for a little wish. Can you guess what he wished for?

Duh.

Well, I suppose Leo isn't having such a great week anymore...

The twins grew up!
Olivia - Perceptive

Owen - Movie Buff

Now that the twins are out of cribs, the house got a minor makeover and the boys got their own room, complete with a bunkbed that will hopefully keep someone from being stuck with the couch downstairs instead of a real bed. Jesse was the first one to break in the bed, though, even though he has a perfectly good bed in his own room.
And ignore the tree going through the wall - it's too close to the house.

Aw, mother-daughter love!

Before a daughter tantrum? I'm not really sure why she's so unhappy. The teenager years are sure to be fun.

Look, someone brought home Monty Royal! He looks so happy to make some friends outside of his older triplet siblings.

And look who Leo brought home!
These two are going to be an adorable couple - I am determined.

Um, Delaina, WHAT?!

Your boyfriend is right there! Your arms are going through his freaking head!

*shakes head* No comment.
Jesse: Hmm, this is very good spaghetti!

More family success! We'll focus on that, rather than the making out and such.

Look at the newly handsome Leo! He grew up into a dashing little teen.
Schmoozer

And look who else grew up! Why yes, it's Kayla Archer, and she is here because I they want to see if there are any sparks!

They didn't do too much testing of those sparks before Leo decided to be adorable with his little brother instead. I suppose he's forgiven.

Brief interruption to look at the kids' bedrooms. This is the boys' bedroom, which you already got a glimpse of.

And this is Olivia's room. It's much smaller since it's just for her, but it's also very adorable and I love it.

Someone is trying to make herself right at home here! This is a good sign...

Even though there's a perfectly good grocery store across town, the Taylor-Davis family decided to grow their own little garden, that way they can have some even fresher food.

Random picture of the changing house.

Kayla seems like she's a Family Sim, or whatever the equivalent of a Sim homemaker is.

Well, that's it for the Taylor-Davis household this week! I guess not much happened, but I suppose that's better than more romantic drama ala the Perry family.

Notes:
- I don't know what happened with the out-of-nowhere Delaina-Graham makeout - I just randomly noticed that he was here and they were making out and Jesse didn't seem to care at all. I'm curious to see what's on Graham's mind when we get to his household. Since Jesse wasn't mad and Delaina didn't have any wants concerning Graham, I decided to pretend that it hadn't happened, but if it comes up again, there might be some relationship drama in the future.
- If I remember correctly, Leo and Kayla have one or two bolts, so you'll definitely be seeing more of her in the future, especially since their relationship hasn't really gone anywhere after this week.
- Now that all of the children are in school, Jesse might be able to start working at the family grocery store so that he has something to do all day. I'll try to keep that in mind when I get back to them next week.
