I've been trying to figure out for the last few years why I've been having such horrible pain during ovulation and what can be done about it. People have suggested Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and I am checking that avenue. I have a new OBGYN who has taken blood and wants to do an ultrasound during my next ovulation. I'm sorry to hear you may endometriosis again. It can recur and can be a problem, especially the pain.
