For the longest time, it seemed like every time I made a buddy, they'd end up leavin'.

Exactly. Sometimes I'm too scared to make friends because they might leave. But then, I don't want to be lonely...

A year and nearly three weeks. I have to admit, that's a year more than I believed this would last.

[She nods.] I didn't think we'd be here for nearly that long, either.

I don't know, at first I didn't think much of it. Probably because it was fun and there were so many people. It was exciting for me. But now...I'm a bit homesick, I guess.

I'm in Goldenrod. [She giggles a bit.] Actually I've been here for a while now. After my traveling group left I just kinda...stayed here.

Yeah. I mean, I'm lucky that I have some of my friends from back home with me, so it makes it a bit easier to be stuck here.

Mm! When I first arrived there were a couple of people from my world but I didn't know any of them. It was still comforting to know that we all came from the same place, though.
